The HOP was born from a simple frustration: coastal lodging in Newport Beach had become predictable. Same layouts, same routines, same forgettable mornings. We decided to change that — starting with the bed, the view, the conversation at check-in, and everything in between.
Located on Pescador Drive, just minutes from the harbor and the Pacific, The HOP is for travelers who treat a stay as an experience, not a checkbox. Every material, every sightline, every interaction has been considered. The result is a place that feels as intentional as the trip itself.
